When you Sign up you must provide your actual data. Your Name, E-mail are required. If you upload photo it should be your personal photo, not the photo of another person or third-party image. The phone number is the private information that we use only in order to send users information about the project and upcoming events, as well as for flyers and discounts. It could be visible to the other users of the site only if you allow it yourself in the privacy settings. If you do not specify your Name, if you don’t upload your photo or if you specify somebody other's E-mail, your account will be blocked without warning.
Please follow the censorship rules (besides the obscene vocabulary, you should not threaten the site users, respect their rights, never propagate the war, racism, violence, etc.). Pornographic material, defined by Webster's Dictionary as "explicit descriptions or displays of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings" is prohibited, will be deleted and moderator will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.
For the hacker attack attempts to destroy website and for any attempts to violate its security, if the site protection system will detect such an attempt, your access to the site will be blocked automatically. The administration of the site will take all measures to detect and transmit information about the offender to the appropriate defense and law enforcement agencies.
You should not flood in the site (i.e. send a lot of identical messages to other users). If moderators will detect the violations of this rule, the account of offender will be deleted and his IP-addresses will be blocked.
It is prohibited to place any commercial advertising, unapproved by the administration. All advertising materials of such kind will be deleted without any explanation, and all the appropriate actions will be taken.
It is forbidden to fraud in order to deceive social network members, moderators and administration: to register more than one account per person, use different names, to log in through different IP-addresses to avoid the ban and protection systems, wind up the rating and popularity.
Any of moderators’ or administrators’ decisions aim to develop comfort conditions for the project functioning. Therefore it is forbidden to discuss any moderators’ and administration actions, it is forbidden to provoke the conflicts and hamper the work of moderators. Evidence-based suggestions about the work of the moderators will be taken in consideration only if they have been sent through the personal message to the administrator. Otherwise the messages will be deleted and their author shot :)
No accounts deleting services are provided. If you want to block your account contact the administration of the project only. Individual attempts to distort the information are strictly prohibited.
It is FORBIDDEN to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, of Russian or International Law.
Users agree that they publish the information in the Site and use the information of the Site at their own risk. The visitors are assigned with entire responsibility for any loss or damage which might be caused to their property and / or interests, or property and / or interests of third parties as a result of using the Site.
Administration of site shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to users and / or any third party due to use or not use of the Site, or the removal or alteration of information posted by users, including registration data. Administration of site is not responsible for content uploaded by the users.
